以工業硫磺和液氯為主要原料,一步法直接制備二氯化硫。確定了合成反應zui佳工藝條件:起始反應溫度100~110℃,氯qi通入時間(即反應時間)6h,通氯氣量75L/h,精制蒸餾溫度60~65℃,穩定劑三lv化磷用量0.1%~0.3%。在此工藝條件下制備的二氯化硫收率可達80%以上。

The optimal process conditions for the synthesis of zui were determined: the initial reaction temperature was 100~110 ℃, the chlorine qi flow time (i.e. reaction time) was 6h, the chlorine flow rate was 75L/h, the refining and distillation temperature was 60~65 ℃, and the amount of stabilizer Trilv phosphorus was 0.1%~0.3%.
